Dress Code
What To Bring & Leave At Home - All Classes:
Hair: Pulled up neat and off the face. Those in Ballet are required to have hair in a bun if long enough.
Stay hydrated: Have your dancer bring a water bottle (water only please) so they stay hydrated throughout class.
No Jewellery: To prevent dancers from distraction and potential injury, no jewellery is to be worn in class.
Food/Snacks: Only allowed if dancers have a prolonged break between classes and can consume them within the lobby. No snacks within the studio.
Nut Free Studio: We are a nut free studio and ask that these foods not be brought into RDC.

Clothing: Any comfortable gym clothes/dance clothes that are easy to dance in (example: Leggings and T-shirt)

If dancer chose to wear shoes they can wear Ballet shoes, Jazz Shoes or Turning shoes. Indoor running shoes may be worn for Sky Hoppers & Hip Hop

- Any colour bodysuit - Skin tone tights (ballet pink tights will no longer be accepted) - Skirt/shorts Footwear: - Skin tone Ballet Shoes (Pink ballet shoes acceptable) Disclaimer: "Dress Up" ballet shoes (brands such as H&M) are not accepted in class. These shoes do not have a correct sole, instead have a fabric bottom which is unsafe for dancers and can cause slips. Androgynous/Male Clothing Option: Fitted solid white or black dance T-shirt/long sleeve, fitted black mid-thigh shorts (black ballet shoes are accepted for males however we recommend skin tone) |
