Class Description:
Jazz is all about clean lines, traveling through your movement, and exuding confidence in your performance. Nick is here to teach you these fundamentals and how to become a strong all-around jazz dancer! This class is apart of a series however each class is independent from eachother.
Instructor Bio:
Nick Lazzarini is the winner of season 1 of So You Think You Can Dance. He specializes in jazz and has also trained extensively in contemporary, ballet, lyrical, and hip-hop. Before winning So You Think You Can Dance, he went on an international tour with RAW Dance Company, founded by Mia Michaels. Nick was featured in Step Up: Revolution and has performed at the Academy Awards, the Emmys, the American Music Awards, and the MTV Video Music Awards. He has danced alongside some of the most notable musical artists in the industry, including Adele, Kelly Clarkson, and Florence + the Machine. He is on faculty at JUMP Dance Convention and tours regularly as a teacher and choreographer.
