While completing this class take plenty of pause breaks to practice each bridge skill on its own 4 to 8 times at your own pace. Be sure to also give yourself several break between skills.
Class Description:
Join Sarah as she takes you through safety and progressions for chest stands and all the contorting that comes along with it.
